Stop writing
the awkward emails.
DueFire chases your overdue invoices for you — friendly nudges, firmer follow-ups, formal demand letters — across Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer. The money goes directly to you. We never touch it.
From $19/month. Pays for itself the first time a client actually pays on time.
The problem
You did the work. Now you're doing accounts receivable too.
Freelancers lose around 29–31% of their invoices to late payment. The average late invoice is 30 to 60 days overdue. The cost is real: cash flow gaps, the stress of writing the third "just checking in" email, damaged client relationships.
Invoicing tools send one reminder, badly. Enterprise A/R platforms cost hundreds a month and assume you have a finance team. Debt collectors take a quarter of what they recover and torch the relationship.
There's a gap. We're it.
What DueFire does
A chasing layer on top of the tools you already use.
Connect Stripe and PayPal, paste in your bank details, and DueFire takes it from there. Every invoice gets a public payment page and a reminder schedule that escalates if your client goes quiet.
Escalation that isn't nagging
Pre-due heads-up, gentle nudge at +3 days, firm follow-up at +7, formal notice at +14, demand letter at +30. Strategically different at every step. Your tone, your templates.
Hosted payment pages
Every invoice gets a public URL with your branding. Card via Stripe, PayPal, or bank-transfer instructions — whichever you've configured. The debtor doesn't sign up, doesn't fight a portal.
Bank-transfer reconciliation
Paste a bank statement CSV and DueFire fuzzy-matches transactions to outstanding invoices. The bank-transfer black hole, gone.
Audit trail per invoice
Every reminder sent, every page view, every status change — captured with actor, timestamp, IP. If a client says they never got the email, you have the receipts.
Email from your domain
Tier 1: emails go out from a DueFire-managed address with your name; replies come back to you. Tier 2: verify your own domain and emails come from [email protected] directly.
Money never touches us
DueFire is not a payment processor. Stripe pays you. PayPal pays you. Bank transfers go to your account. We charge a SaaS subscription. That's the whole business model.
